First published in print form in 1988, The Wreakly Havoc is a semi-regular periodical published whenever the publisher gets around to it. It contains "fine" writing (small print), dreadful puns, and what are obviously intentional typos. It attempts at humor, includes a dash of Sacasm and Satire, some news, reviews, and plenty of opinion. Most of all, it doesn't take itself (or anyone else), seriously. The Havoc is provided free of charge, but if you'd like to send money to the publisher, he won't object. (Make checks in large amounts out to Marc Zeedar and mail them to P.O.
